Girly Card Simons Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge ft. Honey Bee Stamps

Heute möchte ich euch eine Karte zeigen, welche ich zu der Wednesday Challenge «Make It Girly, featuring Honeybee Stamps» von Simon Says Stamp gemacht habe.

Girly wird ja oft mit Pink / Rosa Farben verbunden. Ich bin aber nicht der Pink / Rosa Typ, daher habe ich mich für die Farbkombination Blau, Grün, Gelb und Orange entschieden.

Alle Stanzteile der Seerose habe ich aus weissem Tonkarton ausgestanzt und dann mit Distress Ink Stempelkissen und einem Blending Brush eingefärbt. Nach dem Einfärben setzte ich alle Lagen mit Leim zusammen.

Für den Hintergrund habe ich mir einen Panel Poly-Glaze «Catch a Wave» von Gina K. geschnappt und diesen mit der silbernen Folie laminiert. Nun färbte ich das Panel mit meinen Distress Oxide Inks und den Blender Brushes ein. Das Panel habe ich dann noch etwas zugeschnitten und auf einen hellblauen metallic Kartenrohling geklebt. Die Seerose mittels Leim darauf arrangieren.

Den Schriftzug habe ich auf ein Stück weissen Tonkarton gestempelt und mit einer Schere ausgeschnitten. Diesen mit Hilfe von 3D Klebestreifen auf der Karte platzieren.

Nun noch mit ein paar Strasssteinchen dekorieren und schon ist die Karte fertig.

Today I want to show you a card I made for the Wednesday challenge "Make It Girly, featuring Honeybee Stamps" by Simon Says Stamp.

Girly is often associated with pink / pink colors. But I'm not the pink / pink type, so I decided to use the color combination blue, green, yellow and orange.

I cut all the die cuts of the water lily from white cardstock and then colored them with Distress Ink ink pads and a blending brush. After coloring, I put all layers together with glue.

For the background, I grabbed a panel Poly-Glaze «Catch a Wave» by Gina K. and laminated it with the silver foil. Now I colored the panel with my Distress Oxide Inks and the Blender Brushes. I then cut the panel a bit and glued it to a light blue metallic card blank. Arrange the water lily on top using glue.

I stamped the lettering on a piece of white cardboard and cut it out with scissors. Place it on the map with the help of 3D adhesive strips.

Now decorate with a few rhinestones and the card is ready.

Copic Karte zu / Card with Copic coloring for "Get Cracking for Christmas"

Diesmal möchte ich euch eine Karte zeige, welche ich für «Get Cracking For Christmas» von Jenn Shurkus erstellt habe.

Aus weissem Tonkarton stanzte ich den Postage Collage Panel aus. Das dazugehörige Stencil, um die Lochreihen und Ränder abzudecken habe ich dann auf dem Panel platziert. Nun habe ich alle Motive in den verschiedenen Blöcken gestempelt. Ausserdem stempelte ich mir alle grösseren Motive auf Maskier Papier und schnitt diese den Aussenlinien nahe aus. Diese klebte ich passgenau auf die Motive drauf um sie für einfärben zu schützen. Die kleinen Motive wie Blätter, Beeren und die kleinen Sterne übermalte ich mit einem Pinsel und Maskier Flüssigkeit. Nach dem Trocknen habe ich die verschiedenen Blöcke mit Distress Oxide Inks eingefärbt und mit einer Metallic Gold Wasserfarbe sprenkelte ich noch die Farbe drüber, für den Sternenhimmel.

Nun konnte ich das Maskier Papier und die getrocknete Maskier Flüssigkeit, sowie den Stencil entfernen. Mit meinen Copic Markern malte ich die Motive aus. Für die Sterne und die Beeren habe ich Metallic Wasserfarben verwenden.

Den Text habe ich mit goldener Folie und meiner Glimmer Maschine auf weissen Tonkarton foiliert. Den habe ich dann in kleine Streifen geschnitten und mit 3D Klebekissen im kleinsten Block platziert.

Mit 3D Klebeband das Panel auf einem dunkelblauen Kartenrohling platzieren.
Fertig ist die Karte

This time I want to show you a card I made for "Get Cracking For Christmas" by Jenn Shurkus.

I die cut the Postage Collage Panel from white cardboard. I then placed the corresponding stencil to cover the rows of holes and edges on the panel. Now I've stamped all the images in the different blocks. I also stamped all the larger images on masking paper and cut them out close to the outer lines. I put them over the images to protect them for color blending. I painted over the small images such as leaves, berries and the small stars with a brush and masking liquid. After drying I colored the different blocks with Distress Oxide Inks and with a Metallic Gold watercolor I sprinkled the color over them, for the starry sky.

Now I was able to remove the masking paper and the dried masking liquid, as well as the stencil. With my Copic markers I colored in all the images. For the stars and the berries I used metallic watercolors.

I foiled the sentiment with golden foil and my Glimmer machine on white cardstock. I then cut it into small strips and placed it in the smallest block with 3D square pads.

Use 3D tape to place the panel on a dark blue card base. The card is ready.

Heute möchte ich euch meine zwei Karte zeigen welche ich während des «Create with us – Treat Cart Add-on: Smoothies ‘n Juice», mit Jenn Shurkus an d Kelly Marie gebastelt habe.

Mehr oder weniger habe ich die Karten ziemlich gleich gemacht wie die beiden. Allerdings habe ich die Stempelkissen in Distress Ink Warn Lipstik und Dried Marigold geändert. Anstelle des Brick Stencils von Lawn Fawn habe ich die 3D Embossing Schablone Brickwork von Sizzix und Tim Holtz verwendet.

More or less, I made the cards pretty much the same as the two. However, I changed the ink pads to Distress Ink Warn Lipstick and Dried Marigold. Instead of Brick Stencil by Lawn Fawn I used the 3D Embossing Stencil Brickwork by Sizzix and Tim Holtz.

Karte zu / card for "Get in Shape" Wednesday Challenge from Simon Says Stamp

Heute möchte ich euch meine Karte zur Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge «Get in shape» (Altenew) zeigen.

Als erste habe ich mir das Stempelset Peony Spray von Altenew ausgesucht. Die Blume habe ich in der Rechten oberen Ecke so gestempelt, dass die obere und die rechte Kante miteinander verbunden sind. Mit der passenden Stanzschablone habe ich dann nur die Seite rechts über der Blume gestanzt. Die Blume habe ich mir meinen Copic Markern ausgemalt und mit einem hellen Blau-Grün ton umrandet.

Den Schriftzug «Celebrate» habe ich mit drei Schattierungen aus dem Altenew Crisp Dye Ink Set «Red Sunset» gestempelt, um den farbverlauf zu erhalten.

Zum Schluss noch ein paar Strasssteine in passender Farbe platziert und fertig ist die Karte.

Today I want to show you my card for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge «Get in shape» (Altenew).

First I chose the Peony Spray stamp set by Altenew. I've stamped the flower in the upper right corner so that the top and right edges are connected. With the matching die I only punched the side on the right above the flower. I colored the flower with my Copic markers and outlined it with a light blue-green tone.

I stamped the lettering «Celebrate» with three shades from the Altenew Crisp Dye Ink Set «Red Sunset» to get the color gradient.

Finally, place a few rhinestones in a matching color and the card is ready.
