Feuerwerkskarte / Firework card for Lawn Fawnatic Challenge# 166

 

Hallo zusammen

Nun möchte ich euch gerne meine interaktive Feuerwerks Karte zeigen. Diese Karte passt auch zu der Lawn Fawnatic Challenge #166 «interactive card».

Von den Lawn Fawn Hot Foil Feuerwerken hatte ich noch etwas übrig Die Negative der Folienreste habe ich mir mit einer quadratischen Hotfoil Platte auf dunkelblaues Tonkarton gebracht und ausgestanzt. Nun hatte ich sicher genug Feuerwerke für die Karte hier.

Für den Nachthimmel habe ich mir einen Panel mittelblauen Tonkarton zurecht geschnitten und diesen noch an den Rändern mit meinen Distress Inks dunkler eingefärbt für etwas mehr Drama.

Mit silberiger Wasserfarbe für die «Sterne» habe ich Sprenkel auf den eingefärbten blauen Tonkarton gemacht.

Jetzt konnte ich herausfinden, wohin ich den Mechanismus auf dem Hintergrund will. Mit den Stanzformen habe ich mir dann den Schlitz gestanzt, worin das eine Feuerwerk hoch und runterfährt. Da dieser etwas zu kurz war für meinen Geschmack, habe ich ihn verlängert, indem ich die Stanzform am Ende des ersten gestanzten Schlitzes angelegt und nochmals gestanzt habe. Nun noch die Öffnung platziert und gestanzt für den Zugstreifen.

Alle Teile für den Zugmechanismus aus weissem Tonkarton ausstanzen. Die Zierlasche habe ich mir mit den passenden Blautönen eingefärbt und der Pfeil dazu mit derselben silbernen Wasserfarbe wie die Sternensprenkel.

Als alles trocken war, konnte ich den Mechanismus zusammenbauen. Zwischen Feuerwerk und der Klebelaschen des Zugreifens klebte ich noch ein Stück passendes blaues Tonpapier.

Nun noch den Grass Hügel, den ich mit einer Schere geschnitten habe mit 3 D Schaumstoffklebeband so aufbringen das, dass Feuerwerk darunter ungehindert verschwinden kann. Jetzt ist der Zeitpunkt gekommen die restlichen Feuerwerke links und rechts mittels Leims und 3D Klebekissen zu platzieren.

Den ganzen Panel klebte ich dann wiederum mit 3D Schaumstoffklebeband auf den Karten Rohling auf.

Hello everyone

Now I would like to show you my interactive fireworks card. This card also matches the Lawn Fawnatic Challenge #166 «interactive card».

I still had some leftovers from the Lawn Fawn Hot Foil fireworks: I put the negatives of the foil scraps on dark blue cardstock with a square hotfoil plate and die cut them out. Now I'm sure I had enough fireworks for the card here.

For the night sky I cut a panel of medium blue cardstock and colored it darker at the edges with my Distress Inks for a little more drama.

I used silver watercolor for the "stars" to make speckles on the colored blue cardstock.

Now I was able to figure out where I want the mechanism on the background. With the dies I then cut out the slit into which one of the fireworks goes up and down. Since it was a bit too short for my taste, I lengthened it by placing the die at the end of the first slot and die cut it again. Now I placed the opening for the pull tab and die cut it.

Now, die cut all parts for the pull mechanism from white cardboard. I colored the decorative tab with the matching shades of blue and the arrow with the same silver watercolor as the star speckles.

When everything was dry, I was able to assemble the mechanism. Between fireworks and the adhesive flaps, I glued a piece of matching blue card stock.

Now apply the grassy hill, which I cut with scissors with 3 D foam tape, so that fireworks can disappear unhindered underneath. Now the time has come to place the remaining fireworks on the left and right using glue and 3D adhesive pads.

I then glued the whole panel to the blank cards with 3D foam tape.
